Workout passes are required to use the facility, get one from Gear Issue. First-come first-serve priority when maximum capacity is reached. Currently open to U.S. ID cardholders only.
The Souda Bay Fitness Center offers a wide range of fitness equipment and activities to get you into shape:

SOUDA BAY FITNESS CENTER PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
MWR Personal Training Service The personal training service is a one-on-one individualized program that is customized to meet your specific fitness goals. MWR Personal Trainers are professionally certified and meet NCCA standards. In addition to their professional certifications, all MWR Personal Trainers are fully trained in CPR, AED, First Aid and the Navy Basic Certification Program. To set up a Personal Training Session or if need more information, please call the Souda Bay Fitness Center at 266-1443, leave your name and number for a call back from one of our Personal Trainers. Please note that only certified MWR Fitness Center Employees or contracted individuals are allowed to train customers in the Souda Bay Fitness Center.
