Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling System (NOFFS) Zone

The Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling System (NOFFS) Zone is a designated fitness area equipped to support the Navy NOFFS program. The NOFFS Zone provides Sailors with the tools and guidance needed to perform safe, effective workouts designed to improve operational performance, reduce injury risk, and enhance mission readiness. The space includes functional fitness equipment and dedicated areas for exercises focused on strength, endurance, mobility, and nutrition awareness.

Our NOFFS Zone consists of:

Weight and Cardio Area:
• 5 power racks with platforms
• 2 treadmills
• 2 rowers
• 2 air bikes
• 2 SkiErgs
• 1 tire flip
• 1 glute machine
• 4 PowerBlock dumbbell sets

Turf Area:
• NOFFS kits
• Dumbbells
• Kettlebells
• Wall balls
• Slam balls
• Wall ball target
• Sled
• Battle rope base with rope
• Resistance bands
• Foam rollers
• Trigger point balls
• Fit benches
• Plyo boxes

The turf area also features marked space for distance exercises, an agility ladder, and agility dots.

The NOFFS Program was developed by the Navy to:
• Make fitness accessible anywhere Sailors serve
• Standardize safe, evidence-based training across the Navy
• Improve operational performance and reduce injury risk
• Integrate fitness training with nutrition (“fueling”) guidance
• Support mission readiness, injury prevention, and nutritional education
